The regional training workshop focused on the practical priorities of the Anti-Corruption Practitioners’ Network members from the countries of Southeast Europe. Participants had an opportunity to learn and discuss measures and practices in relation to tackling corruption in international investment projects. In the first part, participants were offered in-depth insights into various approaches to preventing corruption in international investment projects, such as corruption risk assessment and corruption proofing of legislation. The second part covered issues regarding the detection and investigation of corruption in such projects, including the use of forensic audit and analytics techniques. The workshop was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia and is attended by over 40 participants from 13 countries – members of the Network.
